Lovely looking cooker.. the manual is very basic needs to go into more detail to understand... lid does not lay flush to wall.. and was difficult to connect to Bluetooth. .. but once connected it's great I find it really handy as I do shift work and fall asleep alot with the dinner on.. this app sets timer on cooker it's great

    Lovely product

Gorgeous looking cooker. Cooks food well and really love the cast iron top. I did, however, find that the rings that sit around the knobs a little shoddy with some of the numbers scratched on delivery. I contacted stoves regarding the knobs and they sent me some new ones out free of charge. I also found a little later that on the very corners of the inside of the top oven, the enamel was completely scratched off down to silver metal. Other than that, it’s wonderful.

    Superb - Best in class

After painstaking research I came to the conclusion that I was going to have to pay extra to get the quality I require, and I was not disappointed. This cooker is absolutely brilliant. From the top, you get a sturdy metal hob cover, much nicer than the usual glass ones. The hob itself has very nice cast iron fittings and is easy to clean. Some complain the ignite button is on the left, but I can live with that. The dials have a lovely feel to them, and there is not a gap between the dial and the cooker that food could get stuck down. The timer is easy to operate, as is setting the time. It has some smart features regarding cooking times and auto shut-off. I had a little trouble getting a bluetooth connection but it is not a feature I am particularly interested in. The grill is fast and cooks well, and you get a nice big wide grill tray (unlike many other cookers). The tray is embossed with the Union Jack which is a nice touch. The main oven cooks evenly and is very spacious, and the light effectively illuminates the food so you can easily see what's going on. Overall, it looks awesome, it is built like a Sherman tank, is fantastic quality, and really is best of British. Well worth paying the extra!

    Fantastic cooker and quality service

Very pleased with the quality of the cooker, instruction manual could have been better though. The Bluetooth functionality is pointless as the app is completely unreliable. Those issues aside, I'm very happy.

    Hot stuff

    5/5
I love this stove, it’s the first time cooking with gas hob and electric ovens, rather than all electric. I’m still attempting to get rid of that “new” smell, it really gets down my throat and caused my to cough !! I’m turning it on full to help thus, door open and air filter going. The other negative thing is to be careful with the oven handle as it gets really hot. Especially if you have grandchildren around.

    Better than expected

Bought this for a small kitchen in a second home. This 60cm cooker looks a little like an expensive range cooker that I also have but the build quality is just not the same. The doors and hob furniture are quite thin and lightweight. There is no grill pan handle supplied. Nevertheless it cooks the same for a quarter of the price. It has a useful clock which my range doesn’t have!

    Mixed feelings

    4/5
There is a one centrimetre gap under the hob controls and above the grill were the wiring is completly visible. I'm advised by a Stove engineer that this is part of the design and they are all the same and is perfectly safe. It's only visible if you look at eye level, but it still makes me unhappy to spend £800 on an oven with visible wiring. When it arrived it was missing one foot, but ao were brilliant and this has been corrected. I thought the dough proving function was missing, as the manual lists it as an acutal function. But in fact, it's there, it's just a heat setting of 80 degrees. (Bread proves at 80-90 degrees). There are screw holes inside the cavites which are part of manufacturing process, incase it is built into another oven. Which again, is disappointing quality for £800 oven. I love the touch screen settings, they are very responsive. The blue tooth is only useful if you want to leave your phone within range of the oven for the entire cooking time. I left the kitchen and it lost signal. The front rim on the hob and oven handles have already collected small bits of dust and food in the joins. My overall feelings on the oven are it's a good quality oven slapped together at speed and without final thought on the finish. I love to bake and cook and everything has cooked effeciently. My previous oven had a dial for the grill, rather than three low/medium/high settings. I'm struggling with that a tiny bit, but I think further use will hopefully get it right. I also really, really miss auto ignition. The cast iron looks great, its a good oven. I am considering returning it however as I expect more from the cost of the product.
