The new oven is fantastic. Very well built, easy to use and makes the kitchen look so much better. The service we received from ao was second to none. Very quick delivery from placing the order and an extremely helpful delivery and installation team, who left the kitchen immaculate as if they have never been there. Lovely product, works well... only thing I would mention is that it isn't obvious (or in the user guide) how you operate the small grill. Clearer instructions would be good. (For info. You have to switch the small oven to Grill on one control, which is pretty obvious, but then the temp control for the grill is on another control which isn't mentioned at all in the user guide, and is on the other side of the unit, so not obvious at all). Other than that, works really well. Plenty of space, does what it should and looks good too.
