Deducted 1 star as the item arrived three days after it was scheduled to arrive (found out on day of delivery as this was expected with other items), which caused food we bought to be ruined. AO customer service was great and compensation was given. Now it’s here, it’s a great large sized under counter fridge.

Looks good ! very roomy and well designed., quiet and with low running cost {via smart meter}, lots of space in door. Overall I am more that satisfied. Would highly recommend .

Had it a day and the top screw on the door handle has come lose and won't tighten back up

Very nice, simple freezer. Easy to install, neat and tidy with plenty of space inside despite under the counter size.

I had already bought the freezer version of this Hisense fridge and I was very pleased with the product. The fridge did not disappoint either, good space, quiet and economical to run.
