I love my new fridge freezer. The fridge section is huge and it’s easy to see everything arranged over the wide shelves. The doors have extra wide containers and the internal light is super bright. It’s not immediately obvious that one of the lower sections can be set as fridge, chill or freezer so it’s very practical. One thing to watch - remember you need space to open the doors from both sides - our delivery driver said lots of people haven’t planned for that!

We chose this to replace our previous LG American fridge freezer as it looked very similar and of similar size to fit in the space. We reallly like the large door trays which easily fit in 3 x 4pt milk cartons each side. The spacious full width shelves inside are ideal for our needs with ample drawer space for fruit & veg. The only down side is that the bottom left hand side compartment is freezer only where as our previous one you could also switch to fridge mode if needed but we can cope without. All in all it’s a great fridge freezer.

A really great and quality product. Perfect size and layout for us as a large family. We use fresh produce more than frozen so a large and handy fridge space was of greater importance than freezer space. Having the lower flippable compartment is ideal too as we can either use for further fresh food storage or switch it to extra freezer space if we should ever need it. It is great quality. The robustness and style of the shelf brackets are great and the drawer runners are far better than the usual drawers you get with most appliances which are prone to breaks and cracks etc.

I do love it, but..... I had to buy separate holders for storing sliced meats, large bottles and ice cubes. A two Ltr bottle is too tall to fit in the door compartments (which are not adjustable) and needs to lie down on the shelf but then it rolls about, so I had to buy a holder. There is no provision for storing cooked meat or cheese, my Samsung had designated compartments, it also had a very useful double ice cube tray which flicked the cubes into an ice drawer. The Hisense comes with a very small, simple ice tray and bucket type holder to tip them in, not really adequate. Other than that, It's very quiet and when you get your head round how to set up the different compartments it's great. Very attractive to look at, with plenty of space and deep door shelves. The freezer drawers are a perfect size, big enough for storage and not so big that things get buried and you dig them out months later. All in all a good piece of kit. Given a chance to change it for another model, would I?.... No, I like it.

I’ve had this fridge freezer a week and I wished I bought it years ago. It’s HUGE. It’s beautifully designed and looks great. It was up and running in no time and has kept my food lovely and chilled. The great thing about it is I can either have 1 freezer compartment and 3 fridge compartments or 2 and 2 which is what I’ve opted for. You can get so much food in it. I’d definitely recommend it.

We are extremely happy with this Fridge Freezer. I love the double doors and the width of the fridge means you have so much more flexibility with storing larger items. Also, everything is at eye level. The door storage containers are much bigger than we've ever had before which is brilliant for storing fridges large milk containers, bottles etc. the veg/salad drawers are very useful as you can keep different products separately. My previous fridge did have a cheese drawer which I do miss with this product, but I've found a work around. All in all a superb item, if you have room for it get it! Regarding AO no complaints at all, they kept us well informed about the delivery, the guys delivering were prompt very professional and I was amazed how efficiently and swiftly they delivered such a large item and took the old American style fridge freezer away. I'll certainly be purchasing again. Thank you
