This fridge is like a tardis... much bigger on the inside. We still haven't filled it after a week of using it. It's very clean looking with the lighting inside being a blue white and can feel the chill from it conoared to the last fridge freezer. Very happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend.

Whilst, in general, we are happy with the item it did arrive damaged. There was glue from the factory up the upper door which made it look unsightly and uncomfortable in opening the door. When we called AO for advice they were very helpful and contacted the manufacturer for us and had the issue sorted in good time. We did also have some problems with scratches during delivery but this again was dealt with in a timely and polite manner.

Fantastic fridge freezer. Very quiet and premium quality can be felt in the soft slide drawer mechanisms. Absolutely loads of space and option to use one half of freezer section as fridge is cool. The water dispenser works very well too.

The fridge is big, we could easily fit the weekly shop and still, have plenty of space! The freezer allows us to organise very well to our needs. It is pretty quiet. The noises are bearable and don't distract or is an issue. The only oddity is the water dispenser. It seems it is too short, so pressing it doesn't release water... We will contact the manufacturer about this, as it could be us not properly putting the water tank in place. It was a massive upgrade from the old integrated fridge/freezer, which we will claim back as cupboards, and we are delighted with the appliance.

I am really impressed with AO and the Fridge Freezer which is perfect. The Customer services staff were really pleasant and helpful when I had a query as its a big American fridge freezer and I had one to remove which they took no problem for me. The delivery guys were really accommodating and very nice to deal with really helpful and I ordered it Monday and it was here at 7am Tuesday morning!! Brilliant service. The product itself is extremely roomy and very practical I am really happy with the purchase and it looks great in my kitchen. Highly recommend to use AO as I have previously but this particular time I was a bit stress over the size of the appliance and they were really helpful.

Really happy with this fridge freezer. Had a side by side one previously but much prefer this top fridge layout. 4 doors are great and you have to close against some resistance which I find a good idea as I was always leaving door slightly open on old one. The amount of food you can get in fridge is huge, drawers are very roomy and on rollers for easy open and close. Drawers on freezer hold a lot more than expected. Right hand one can be used as an extra fridge, though that is not what we want but may be good for some. The capacity of the freezer is what original sold it to us as it is by far the biggest unless you spend a lot more money. Overall very pleased and good value.

We are very pleased with the fridge freezer. The design suits us well with a wide shelf fridge and the sliding draw which is great for when you prepare to entertain family with your buffet food. The door storage is nice and deep and deceptive and you can store a lot more than we expected. The same for the freezer door storage which is handy for those boxes of ice lollies . The freezer draws are a decent size and for the frozen turkey in prep for Christmas. The ice cube tray and storage is ok but very basic however it works and the tray allows you to build up stock in prep for entertainment. The fridge freezer is very quiet compared to our older units . So far we are very pleased. I just hope that this will last a lot longer than our previous Kenwood units did . We both would definitely recommend not just this Hisense fridge freezer but also AO.

Bought to replace 21 year old LG USA fridge/freezer…(reluctantly)..but after one week, very happy with new one…holds just as much in the fridge ..and actually..more in the freezer..looks good too..
