The F/F was purchased as part of a kitchen refurb, which is still in progress as I write this review, so I can't comment on the workings of the appliance as it isn't in place yet, nor switched on, so I'll limit the review to just the aesthetics. So far so good ... it's a good looking appliance, quite large and the doors and drawers all operate smoothly and efficiently, and it looks enormous inside when it is empty! That view on the roominess might change when we start to fill it, but we are very pleased with our initial impressions. The drawers being on runners is particularly impressive, they slide in and out effortlessly, the sort of luxury you wouldn't expect in an appliance at this point of the cost scale.

This was a replacement product but now we have this one it’s fantastic. Looks really good, plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. So much quieter than the previous product. Overall a very good buy.

The design is great, the wide fridge gives you so much more space. The freezer drawers are also good quality, allowing you yo see exacyly whst is in them. Unfortunately the water dispenser doesn't work, Hisense have sent a replacement but it still hasn't resolved the issue. Waiting to find out what the next step is. It's a small thing but when you buy a large appliance everything needs to work as expected

I have not had an American fridge freezer before but so far, after 1week, I’m delighted with it. A slight irritation is that the doors need a fairly hefty shove to close otherwise they simply swing open again! However, I m sure I’ll get used to applying some extra pressure after a while. Very happy with the layout & particularly the option to use 1 compartment as a chiller or a freezer.

Good product. The only issue was getting it into the house - it took three delivery's before it reached inside our house. Our house isn't small so would imagine that most people would have this problem. The call centre were very good at rearranging and advised the delivery guys should be taking the doors off fridge but once the delivery guys arrived none of them were inclined to take the doors off the fridge freezer. On final attempt we removed a side gate and frame in anticipation of the delivery. Unfortunately the fridge freezer had a slight ding on one of the front doors when it was unwrapped in the house. AO call centre were again very swift in resolving the issue. The Fridge freezer is now in place and being used - we love it. Having all the fridge at eye level makes it really handy. the water dispenser is also a nice additional touch. Whilst we haven't used the one compartment that can be used as either a fridge or freezer, we are looking forward to hen we may need to use it as additional fridge space.

Loads of room and lovely fridge/freezer. However, when we removed the water reservoir to fill it, couldn't get it back in place. Had to adapt it to make it work, hence the one star off. Now works well and very pleased.

This fridge is like a tardis... much bigger on the inside. We still haven't filled it after a week of using it. It's very clean looking with the lighting inside being a blue white and can feel the chill from it conoared to the last fridge freezer. Very happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend.

Whilst, in general, we are happy with the item it did arrive damaged. There was glue from the factory up the upper door which made it look unsightly and uncomfortable in opening the door. When we called AO for advice they were very helpful and contacted the manufacturer for us and had the issue sorted in good time. We did also have some problems with scratches during delivery but this again was dealt with in a timely and polite manner.
