Our previous Samsung American fudge/freezer lasted 17 years. Probably would have gone on longer if it hadn’t been moved for a kitchen refurbishment. Therefore it was logical to stick with the brand. The new one has bags of space in both fridge and freezer and is very quiet. Lovely finish and great quality all round. Hats off to ao for getting it to us within 24 hours of us ordering it.

Great fridge freezer! I bought this to replace essentially the same one I bought ten years ago and sadly died. That says how good it is as I replaced with the newer model. More space in this one and some other improved features. It’s a lot of money but worth it! AO delivery was excellent as always friendly guys who were very careful with the appliance

Really happy with thus far. Quieter than old (21 yr) fridge. The external water filter did leak at first, but it turns out I wasn’t quite aggressive enough with how much to push the pipe into the outflow from the filter.

This is my 2nd Samsung American Fridge/Freezer & it does not disappoint. Same quality build and functions. It's a "plumbed in" version, so chilled water & crushed ice or ice cubes are readily available, which the kids love. The water & ice dispenser has had the effect of them actually wanting to drink more water, so it's win win really. Then, of course there's a ready source of ice for the night time tipple and because it's plumbed in, there's no water tank to fill. Absolutely love the number of shelves in the fridge door. Plentiful storage for bottles & cartons. Also, the 2 shelves in the freezer door are so incredably useful. The whole storage situation is so well planned & makes life so much easier. Thank you Samsung for yet another 1st class product. No problem with recommending this model to anyone

Really pleased with the size and layout of the fridge, lots of shelving with plenty of room. The water despenser provides very nice chilled water and great to have the ice maker aswell.
