I called customer service before putting my order in, as the delivery was going to be a bit more complex. Josh dealt with all the details brilliantly. On the delivery day, the delivery team went well above and beyond. The old fridge was removed and taken away and the new one connected. Great experience overall.

Excellent really spacious and freezer is no frost which is really useful.

Great fridge freezer. Replaced same make and similar model that lasted over 12yrs. They do dent easily though but all FF's seem to do that. Plenty of space even though this version had less shelves than our old one. The milk shelf takes 4pint bottles end on now so that regains alot of space. Filter is hard to connect as this one doesn't just screw in. The pipe to connect to it has proven impossible to connect to the filter but just connected to the water feed from our old machine fine. Would buy again in a blink and AO was best price and quick delivery.

Nice fridge freezer,a lot of space to put food in the containers so all looks smart and is very visible.

Brilliant freezer. Can’t recommend it enough. The fridge and freezer hold so so much food between them. Also maintains temperature really well. All in all an excellent product - highly recommended.

Very spacious. We have had it for a week so far so good. Delivery was excellent - one internal door had to be taken off to put in utility. Nice to have large space in door to put big bottles.

Love this fridge. Spacious inside without being too big outside. The water dispenser and ice maker are easy to set up and use. Runs quietly in pur open plan space.

Excellent fridge… upgraded from our last American fridge and these one is great. It’s bigger in size and looks great in our kitchen. Water functions work fine are a little bit fiddly however once done works great! Very happy with our purchase
