I am pleased with the product but registering the product it is only giving me 2 years. When purchasing the product it said I would have 5 years parts and labour we have gone round and round the site hopefully someone will read this and get in touch and sort this out.

This is our 3rd American fridge freezer and we think it is probably the best one yet in terms of space and looks. I wish I'd checked whether it had a wine rack, because the space for it is there. Also, we had to get an engineer out as it was making random very loud banging noises from the second day. At first we thought it must be ice falling but we very quickly realised it wasn't. The engineer tested it on his machine which showed no faults, and said it's still settling down and should stop within a few days. Hopefully it will, because I'd hate to have to part with it now, but it would put me off getting the same one. I'm still giving it 5 stars in the hope that it recovers!

Im very happy with this fridge freezer. Got it at a really good price and it’s a beautiful appliance. It’s really well designed and has lots of space but not a massive amount that is hard to fill.

Excellent product. Easy to use, good amount of ice and a nice bright efficient Fridge

Great bit of kit. Easy to install including the water feed. It looks modern and is almost silent in operation, unlike my last SMEG which sounded like a train. The remote water filter is not as good design as an internal one, however I managed to find a spot for it. The only issue is that everything else looks a bit naff versus the new Fridge!
