Marvellous everything we wanted in a fridge freezer couldn't be happier

Great fridge, plenty of shelves and space. The water receptacle part doesn't impinge too much on the freezer space either.

Easy to setup. Plenty room, no issues

Had a new fitted kitchen & LOVING this Hisense American Fridge-Freezer. We used to have a large fridge-freezer & a smaller fridge but still didn't have enough room for much. This fridge-freezer has lots in it but still has room. Also love the bottle shelf, & the ice & water dispenser is making the family drink more water & due to it being connected to the plumbing we don't need to buy ice or remember to fill the ice cube tray

The product is lovely, very similar to the one we already had but what stood out most was the service, we had a very bad experience with another company, and after 2 months our brand new freezer had been condemned, its still sitting in my kitchen, in this time a.o. stepped up and got me another one the very next day, they called me the day before, they confirmed delivery time and the installation team were outstanding, I also had a call after to make sure I was happy and to remind me to register the warranty, never used a.o. before but after everything I will 100% recomend this company to everyone going forward. Thankyou so much, at a time I was left in a bad situation you made it better withing 24hours, outstanding service so far.

No where as good as samsung that it replaced. Temp display wildly inaccurate. Light only just lights top shelf, doors unable to be adjusted to fit. Internal light slow to come on. door alarm very quiet and takes a long long time to activate. Overall not impressed.
