Very impressed with the build quality and the space inside. The mechanical components of the fridge freezer are quiet, and it was soon down to the correct temperatures. The manual is easy to understand, and the fridge/freezer was easy to install - it was replacing an older Samsung model. Despite being several hundred pounds cheaper than the Samsung, I think this Hisense feels a better product. The water dispenser does carry on for a second after you stop it so don't move your cup away too soon (the manual does state it does this so seems to be a design oversight) but otherwise the water is cold and filtered.

Neat looking appliance good ice and chilled water function and plenty of space inside. Bottle rack is very useful.

The fridge freezer is quite good. We found that there is a bit more space inside than the model we had before, mainly in freezer because the ice unit is on the door. The only annoyance is the water dispenser, where the water does not stop immediatelly, but keeps dripping for little bit.

We are so pleased with this purchase. Easy to plumb in and has gone down well with the kids who are already drinking more water because of it ?? The extra space we now have compared to old fridge freezer is amazing. Highly recommend this product
