Love our new fridge/freezer. We bought in black and it looks neat and sleek! Good quiet motor and plenty of space in the freezer even though the ice box is in there. So pleased we opted for this Hisense model after researching a number of products. No negatives to report to date.

Absolutley love the fridge! Was a struggle trying to get it through the doors so it’s here for life now haha. The delivery people were brilliant - second to none. Huge capacity were struggling to fill it! But we wouldn’t change it - thank you.

I purchased this item because we needed an ice maker, Unfortunately it does not work, engineer has been out and I will have to wait a month for the parts to get it working. I should have been more sensible a realised you only get what you pay for! Would not recommend.

I love this fridge. It's exactly what we wanted. I spent a fair bit of time researching before choosing it and I'm so far not disappointed. Plenty of room, runs quietly, and it makes crushed ice! Could t ask for more!

A great product easy to set up and use loads of room you can see everything and sort shelves for easy access

To start with the positives, this fridge looks great and it’s more affordable than some of the alternatives. However, with 6 weeks ours started making an extremely loud buzzing/whirring noise, the fridge wasn’t cooling properly and the ice/water dispenser had completely stopped working. I reported via the AO helpline to the manufacturer, who were quite helpful and scheduling an engineer the following week. The engineer found a faulty fan unit which we’re in the process of replacing. I’m just thankful that this happened during the warranty period, although I wouldn’t expect this type of issue with a new unit.
