This has replaced my old American fridge freezer which I had for 14 years and I cannot believe how much better this is for starters it’s so quiet and there is so much more room inside. My old freezer was plumbed in but this I have found to be as good as I still can have my ice cold water and cubed and crushed ice. I thought I would miss my huge chunky handles that I had on old freezer but I am so loving the sleek stainless steel look on this new American fridge freezer. I do have to mention the 5 Star delivery service the AO delivery men gave me as I was so impressed on how they went out there way to get through a small door way and then to go on and help put the freezer where I actually wanted it to be. I really cannot praise them enough.

Excellent capacity in the Fridge and Freezer, my chest freezer has now become redundant. Great if you do not have any plumbing near by, as requires no plumbing. Water flow can be slow, but to be expected for a non plumbed unit. All in all a good first impression.

I purchased this fridge freezer in February and had written a review on 5th February based on what I had experienced so far. There was a fault with the light in the fridge and an engineer was booked to come and fix this problem, engineer has visited 3 times and this problem still remains and not only this the control panel on the freezer door which allows you to control the fridge and freezer functions have been malfunctioning. The last visit to resolve this problem to date was today in which the engineer stated he needs to order new parts and imagine this is suppose to be a new fridge freezer. I liked the look of product only if it worked effectively. I am not happy at all !!

Perfect for what we wanted

Great fridge freezer, lots of space in both the fridge and freezer sections. Water dispenser is easy to refill and take out to clean. Quiet also considering the size of the unit. Lots of different compartments to help separate foods. Would highly recommend especially for the price.

So far quite good love the ice and drinks dispenser. There is a lot of space in both fridge and freezer and looks great. The light in the fridge is not working but an engineer is coming to fix it so, once this problem is resolved I would give 5 stars. Some ice can splash on the floor when using dispenser but that’s a minor to be honest.
