The fridge freezer is fantastic. We needed to run water through the dispenser a few times to get rid of metallic taste, but this is to be expected. The bottom fridge drawers had some cracked plastic, but that is being replaced for free, overall very happy with item and service.

Great product. Very happy with it - loads of room even with the ice maker. And the ice maker is a massive hit with the kids especially. Our eldest said it was the best thing we've ever bought!!!

Received a faulty fridge :( The ice and water dispenser on the door didn't work and the touch buttons seemed quite moody. Took us many attempts to contact Hisense company to bring us a solution. We are hoping for a replacement soon.

Excellent priced fridge freezer with everything you’d expect from a much more expensive brand. Very happy - love the non-plumbed water & ice dispenser. Overall it’s very easy to use, quiet - the first time the ice empties is a surprise but otherwise I don’t notice it - also loads of space, good shelf/drawer options and looks good too!
