Excellent priced fridge freezer with everything you’d expect from a much more expensive brand. Very happy - love the non-plumbed water & ice dispenser. Overall it’s very easy to use, quiet - the first time the ice empties is a surprise but otherwise I don’t notice it - also loads of space, good shelf/drawer options and looks good too!

First time buying a Hisense product and so far very impressed. Purchased this as it has a non-plumbed water and ice dispenser which has been invaluable recently due to the hot weather and it's so easy to use. When dispensing crushed ice you need something larger than a glass to catch it in as it tends to splutter it about a bit but that's no hassle, cubed ice goes straight into a glass. I especially like the door storage compartments in both the fridge and the freezer for keeping smaller items that other wise always seem to get 'lost'! Really pleased with purchase and I think it was a good price for the features you get.

Never had a big fridge like this before, so can’t compare with others, but for the money it does what i wanted - ice and water dispenser - nice big fridge. The freezer side is not huge, but enough for us. The ice does come shooting out quite erratically, but if you make sure a large glass or jug is covering the exit hole then it’s all fine. Hadn’t realised that only the front doors are stainless steel - sides are a grey textured metal. We needed the doors to come off for delivery in order for it to fit through the front door (which I clarified in person before ordering) - they DID NOT. So this caused quite a problem and expense, as we then had to remove door and frame to get it in. Compared to the price of the better/well known makes, this is a cheap item - functions absolutely fine, lets hope it lasts (as we’ll never get it back out again ??)

Has to be one of the best fridge freezer I have ever brought. The water tank is in the fridge so give u a little more room in the freezer. The service from start to finish including delivery was excellent.

Looks good and very quite ,lots of room in the fridge and surprisingly lots of room in the freezer . I don’t find the touch buttons that easy to use have to touch and press a few times for it to work but that could be just me. Overall good value for money .

I’m delighted with our new fridge freezer, replacing integrated versions that weren’t frost free or big enough. It did arrive with a small crack in one door rack but AO and Hisense sorted it in a jiffy! Had it 1 week and food definitely staying fresher for longer. The ice/water works well and encouraging small people in the house to drink more (huge thumbs up!).
