I bought this about a month ago as the freezer stopped working on my hotpoint fridge freezer! So far so good, time will tell!! Great size of fridge and freezer is also a good size as it's mainly butcher meat I freeze. Love the drawers in bottom of fridge as they are a great size for storing all you fruit and vegetables.

I've never been so excited about the prospect of new white goods until the we ordered our new fridge. Next day delivery was a godsend after our old fridge blew up at 5am one Saturday morning. The delivery service was excellent with regular updates, easy to track on its journey and the delivery guys leaving a voicemail when they were 10 minutes away. They unpacked the new fridge quickly and took our old one away, very polite and careful when manoeuvring the fridge around our home. The fridge itself is simply amazing, so spacious without being too huge. We love the water dispenser, light in the freezer and the handy door storage in the fridge and freezer. Having the two side by side rather than on top of each other works really well, the temperature is easy to adjust and it's so quiet. It looks really smart in black too. Two weeks in, there's nothing we don't love about our shiny new fridge, I'd highly recommend.

This was one of the biggest in the range of American FFs. Loads of space inside. I thought getting it in the house would be a problem, but the doors were easy to remove. The only issue was the weight! I would suggest paying the extra for installation; I wish I had! A great purchase.

I love this product as I can now see at a glance what I have in my fridge/freezer. I particularly like the drinks dispenser and the wide array of in door shelving. I really can’t see anything I don’t like, it is just a great product.

Despite it arriving with a damaged door, I’m giving this product 5 stars. However, I can’t fault AO they sent out a new door after dealing with Hisense on our behalf. Very pleased with the product. Hisense obviously are happy to admit fault, and replace if you have problems with their product. Not noisy, great space in the fridge and freezer, looks really smart in our kitchen. Handy bottle rack in the fridge too, which doesn’t take away food storage space due the clever design of the fridge itself. Actually really like the water dispenser, despite not really wanting it! Really like the frost free aspect, no more messy defrosting. I think it was great value for money too compared to other American style fridge/freezers. It doesn’t look cheap or plastic either, which I was a bit worried about with it being a cheaper make. Overall very pleased.

I wanted a larger fridge freezer so I did my research and decided on this one well it’s the best decision I have ever made it’s the perfect size for my family and we have cold water on tap I love the way the freezer allows you to see everything in it and can get so much in the freezer it means I can cut down on how many times I go shopping the fridge is the perfect size for us and the price was great this is not the only Hisence product I have and will not hesitate to buy from AO again

We bought this F/F after much deliberation so far it has lived up to all expectations low price loads of room and lovely finish.Well pleased.
