This is our first American fridge freezer. Overall we are really happy with the build quality and the freezer compartment is well spaced out.

We brought this fridge for our first house, it’s a big forage with plenty of space, and looks brilliant.

I like another customer not happy with the finish of the doors. Very spacious and nice looking product. The door on the freezer arrived scratched. Later noticed when the sunlight was on the doors they were full of swirls and finger prints that I could not remove. Engineer came out and said the marks were in the finish and the doors and would be replaced. A freezer door arrived and was fitted but is grey rather than black. I am now waiting another 6 weeks for 2 new doors to arrive hoping when they arrive they are the same colour. Very disappointed.

Many fridge/freezers are called, but few are chosen...mainly because they are so flaming expensive! So, as you can imagine, the price of this masterpiece made me dubious as to its prowess. I worried in vain. This beast of a unit is quiet as a mouse, and more chilled than me after a week in the Caribbean-which I could probably now afford, given how reasonable the price is, compared to other brands. Works perfectly, I recommend it without reservation.

The fridge looks good and is very spacious good temperature on fridge and freezer. The black finish however scratches too easily which ruins the look and for the price paid you would not expect this.

Item arrived damaged and adter 5 attempts of delivering a replacement still have a damaged one
