Arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. Spacious quiet and very smart looking. Would recommend for anyone looking for this style and size

Very nice fridge and loads of space takes some filling up but very nice

Great value compared to other models we considered. The fact there is no plumbing required means the delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Inside there is plenty of storage space for food and drink for our family of 5.

Firstly I’ve only given this item 4 stars because we’ve only had it a week. We had to buy a new fridge freezer in a hurry as our old Whirlpool went bang suddenly, because AO delivery was so flexible and quick we decided on this one. It’s fairly plain looking, but not in a bad way, sometimes simple can be nice, it is in this case. For a side by side it has loads of room in both the fridge and freezer, far more than our old one, which was twice the price. The build quality seems to be good, just daft things like the drawers being smooth when opening all add up to this being great value for money.

Purchased an American Fridge Freezer from AO.com for the first time having previously always used another company. Very easy to use and buy on the website. Best thing after purchasing my item I got a call from customer service confirming my purchase and giving me options on warranty etc ( never have had that courtesy call when ordering from other big company’s) which was most pleasing. Being a first time customer with ao.com I was told as a goodwill gesture the delivery guys would take away my old fridge for free, couldn’t ask for more, exceptional customer service. On day of delivery was kept upto date by email n text when delivery would arrive then 15 minutes beforehand they rang to say they are arriving. Great guys unpacked it for me and fitted it in and took the old one away. Overall 100% satisfied with the whole process from ordering to it being delivered. Will definitely be buying from here now on.
