There were some problems taking old fridge out of premises but delivery guys were good humoured about this The new fridge had some defects in side panel but after discussions with head office we negotiated a refund which was paid promptly and fridge fitted All in all would recommend using AO again

Arrived on time and got through front door but door had to come off to fit through easy to take off and replace one in situ, previously had a undercounter fridge and separate freezer not frost free which was a pain every year having to defrost. This one has tons of space for everything , keeps food at temperature you set and looks great, not impressed with the ice maker that came with it thought this model came with the twist ice maker but just an ice tray and box not that great to be honest easier just to go and buy a bag of ice , would I recommend this fridge freezer absolutely.

This appliance is easy to move about as is on wheels so cleaning around is alot quicker and easier, my food is chilled and stays fresh for longer so have less wastage, there is alot of space so can see my food easier with no more cramming food in, well worth the money
