Ordered this product during the pandemic and AO could not have been more helpful if they tried. Ringing the day before to confirm exactly what would happen and even offered to take the old fridge away for free. Fantastic product especially for the price! Spacious fridge and freezer and the water dispenser is a great feature. I would definitely recommend to others to buy.

Bought as one of our fridge freezers had broken down, great space and have managed to put 2 full fridge freezers worth of goods into this fridge freezer. Also water dispenser is handy to have, especially on warm days as keeps very cool water on tap (I fill daily and this works well). Easy to set temperatures for both sides, super cool function also handy to have very happy with purchase and feel it is great value for money

Very impressed with both ao and hisense. Eveything you Could possibly need and more. Plenty of space, and looks like it's here to stay..... Very good for the price.

Had the fridge/freezer for 3 weeks as a replacement for older American style appliance. Better layout of shelves and drawers. Easier access and ability to see the contents.

Aol delivered an American fridge freezer. We've had it a week now and VERYpleased with it. Spacious. Appliance very quiet.
