We have just moved into our new house and needed to buy a fridge freezer, my parents recommended ao to me to have a look. I viewed the website looking at lots of different ones, after refining the features and cost to what we wanted. I was pleasantly surprised at what I was seeing. After choosing my item I wanted and selecting when I wanted it delivered, I was amazed to see I could have it by the next day so that’s what I did. My fridge freezer came, I was happy with the storage/capacity of the fridge freezer. My partner was very happy with the water dispenser, overall a fantastic product.

Excellent fridge/freezer, I have wanted one for ages and searched many sites over the years and looked at many fridge/freezers - I have not been disappointed by this one. Excellent value for money and storage. Would definitely recommend.

I have had a Hisense American Fridge Freezer for over a week now, and it by far the best fridge freezer that I have ever had. You have to go really close to it to ensure that it is on, as you cannot hear it, the drinks are always chilled and the food kept fresh. For such a large item it is easy to manoeuvre, due to the well thought out wheels. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to change their fridge or freezer.

Was unsure of the make as I’d never heard of it before but after reading the reviews we thought we would give it a go!!! Best decision!! We love it!!!! Would def recommend and would def recommend buying from ao! The service was fantastic and the delivery was made so easy!!!!

I went for this fridge/freezer American style as it had all the features at a reasonable price. Having purchased from AO in the pass I knew what to expect with delivery unpack etc., Paid for that of course. AO refunded the unpack fee as the un packing was removed but not the large amount inside the fridge/freezer. Two dents in the right hand door and the water dispenser that did not work. A new door is on order as is a new water dispenser. the unit does not fully seat and the nozzle does not connect with the door unit. clearly a known fault as I was told by the engineer. But when I searched the item on AO no mention of the fault. But there is clearly an issue. Do not expect a new item of this price should not have dents and parts that do not work.

I've gone from a very small fridge to this big American sized fidget freezer and I can't get enough of it. It has ample space for all your needs. It's much quieter than I thought it would be and so far it seems to be holding the temperature very well. The build quality is of excellent standard. The only minor negative I can think of is the ice cube box, but it's no big deal. This is a great fridge!

Excellent product so far, only had it 2 weeks but very pleased. It looks good, is spacious and does a good job, just what I wanted.
