Absolutely beautiful fridge/freezer with a huge fridge and plenty of space in the freezer. Love the water dispenser and even the ice tray and container is a lovely added touch. Will save us buying ice from the supermarket! Unfortunately we had a problem with the first fridge freezer but this was dealt with quickly and courteously by AI.com.

Nice looking fridge freezer . First time with Hisense so only time will tell . Only real problem was sizing . The unit is higher towards the front where the hinges are so would not allow it to go as far back as out previous one. Other than all ok

I was intending buying a LG American Fridge Freezer from another High Street store because AO.com didn't sell the model I wanted but had been out of stock for ages. When it came back in stock, the price had shot up by £400, so I decided to shop around on AO.com for another top rated model. This Hisense model had amazing reviews on AO.com and other sites AND it was half the price of the LG model. I am so glad I bought this Hisense model. Compared to my last model, this one is so quiet, you wouldn't know it was on! It looks really nice too and I love the brushed steel door handles. I am really impressed. Loads of space inside the fridge. It's well lit and there is an alarm if you leave the door open. The fruit and veg baskets keep everything fresh for ages. So easy to fill the water dispenser in the fridge too. I can get all my family's food and our dog's fortnightly delivery of frozen raw food in the freezer. I used to previously have a standalone freezer for the dog food alone. Plenty room in the shelves and baskets. I love the door holders in the freezer, great for bags of food and ice lollies. I highly recommend this model. It is solid and looks expensive. What a bargain! The doors came off easily and the delivery guys had it inside and fitted in less than 30 minutes. Amazing delivery and customer service, as usual from AO.com. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my large appliances.
