Bought at the end of June and sadly still waiting for parts as water dispenser and ice maker arrived broken. Love everything else about this product, but one feature we really wanted is the one we don''t have working.

It has a lot more room inside than you expect. The only thing that I was disappointed in is that it only has the black smooth affect on the front of the item, all other sides have the rough affect. I thought it would be smooth black stainless steel affect all around.

I am so surprised at the capacity of my new Fridge Freezer, and I can reach every part so easily. Best buy for years.

This is are third American fridge freezer over the past 20 years and by far the best,firstly a great price then the product itself is fantastic,although the outside is pretty much the same as previous when you open the doors there seems to be so much more room,the lights also give it a another dimension,if your currently looking at these products I would highly recommend this particular one as stated great price and excellent quality and by far the best we have ever purchased

Bought this to replace an old freezer and two fridges, and so far has worked very well for us. The ice maker has been very well used. Not used the chilled water so much as it is slow to flow (we had the unplumbed version). Very quiet as a whole, barely noticed the ice maker. Only issue I have is the wheels only allow forwards and backwards motion which made it hard getting it into the house as it working move sideways, but since that is only needed for installation

Great fridge freezer with loads of space in both the fridge and freezer compartments, the non-plumbed feature is excellent and easy to use which gives great chilled water and as much ice as you could ever use.

Absolutely one of the best items we have bought great value for what it is this fridge freezer is so beautiful with a clean line modern look that would enhance any kitchen with its contemporary design. It so easy to clean too ,with so much storage space it’s amazingly for organising all food.The air flow system is fantastic which does not build up ice ….even the ice cream can be eaten straight out of the freezer.The ice maker and water accessory is very convenient.Hands down a great by and we would recommend it to anyone.Just to close by saying ao.com were brilliant from start to finish and l would definitely buy from them again S Borg

I am happy with my purchase Hisense fridge no frost fridge freezer . It looks stylist and is energy efficient and has plenty of room in fridge and freezer . The communication regarding delivery from AO was first class.
