Great Freezer, bought to replace older chest freezer. Plenty of space and ice maker in door is very simple but surprisingly effective. Much more space than American style fridge freezer. Ordered Saturday delivered next day. Perfect.

Great product best item I've ever bought, it's frost free. Things are easy to find in the freezer.

Freezer design is good but....Completely failed within 5 months - it decided to defrost itself. No audible or visual warnings. AO just pass you onto manufacturer, dealing with Samsung is an inner circle of hell, really not impressed at all

Amazing freezer with loads and loads of space. Frost freezer until it is accidentally left open: lots of ice formed at the bottom and then it wouldn’t shut but wasn’t noticeable.
