An excellent product reflecting the high build and design qualities we have come to expect from Samsung. Installation of the freezer, into a very tightly-fitting space was easy thanks to the wheels incorporated into its base. In operation the freezer is virtually silent. The controls and display are clear and easy to operate. The freezer offers a huge amount of storage space in sensibly arranged drawers and shelves. The ice cube maker is a bonus that will improve the G & T no end! There was an unfortunate discrepancy in the details of the unit shown on the site, where it states that the door is right-hinged by default (which suited our installation). Unfortunately the freezer, as delivered featured a left side hinge. Swapping the door hinging over, single-handed, was not a quick and simple task but was achieved without significant issue using the comprehensive instructions shown in the Installation Manual. A definite point of irritation, but it does not detract from what is, on all levels, an excellent product.

Good looking freezer with a door handle that cleverly breaks the seal allowing the door to open more easily. Inside there are four good sized drawers and three shelves giving useful capacity. There are also a couple of small shelves in the door and the manual ice maker which is easy to use and is better than messing around with ice cube trays. The led light is helpful. For the price, this freezer is a good spec with useful well thought out features that are being used.

Product is great, Took a few hours to get up to temperature. AO delivery as advertised, no issues. Light on a freezer - good. Haven't used the ice cube function yet. Only downside, the user manual is lacking, no explanation of the Freezer display, or how to adjust the settings. Previously used a competitor, having had 2 failures recent freezer 4 yrs old, moved to samsung, quality difference is noticeable.

Came with dents on both sides and they're being very difficult about compensation

I couldn't be more pleased with my new freezer, it is so much better than my old one. Except for the bottom drawer all of the other drawers are the same size, I have found this very important. My previous freezer had two deep drawers, two Medium size and one Shallow. I was always nervous about filling up the deep ones as it was hard to pull them open and I was worried about breaking the tracking that it ran on. The drawers in my new freezer just glide open and they hold so much more. It has "fast freeze", an alarm sounds if the door is left open and it's "frost free". I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to recommend this product.

Great freezer with lots of capacity - really like the ice making facility!

A very roomy full size upright freezer. It had deep drawers and shelves at the top which make it very easy to find what you’re looking for. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would strongly recommend this freezer

This freezer feels & looks like a quality product. Build quality is very good. Size wise we were able to to fill it with the contents of our 4 draw integrated freezer and also a medium sized chest freezer and still have a spare shelf. Only thing I don't really like is the ice dispenser.
