Smart, quality freezer

Plenty of room.quite easy to open..very impressed

Had the freezer a week and all looks good. I like the layout, lighting/controls and ice maker.

Fantastic storage space, wi fi warning facility, for open door and checking temperature, 5 year warranty, fast freeze, very impressed, slightly dearer than other makes but the quality show through, AO offer first class service, I can’t recommend them enough.

Not had it long but great so far. Love the ice maker. Had a chest freezer before this one but i definitely prefer this tall standalone freezer. Much easier to see what is in it. Less likely to waste food. Nice and quiet as well.

I have had this freezer since August 2021 and now for the second time it has stopped working, no warning just went to the freezer and found items starting to defrost, called Samsung the first time which was shortly after purchasing and they were a complete waste of time, in the end I did some internet searching and turned the freezer off for two hours and back on again and it has been working until today (April 2022) it has just done the same thing again, I have just turned the unit off and am waiting the two hours to turn back on again but in the meantime have no choice but to cook or throw all the meat as it has defrosted to much for me to be confident in eating it. Samsung do not cover any loose of food costs which isn't what they advertise, or should I say they have a system in place but there are so many terms to it that it isn't worth it and not worth a great deal when you receive it! I would not recommend this freezer or Samsung customer service to anyone! Which is a shame as the unit when working is quiet and looks smart :(

Really pleased. Efficient ordering and delivery. Very quiet. Love the ice dispenser. No more open bags of ice cubes taking up space. Great capacity and a huge improvement on my 32 year old freezer which they removed for me. Hope it lasts as long!

Managed to empty an entire chest freezer into it, runs nice and quiet as well.
