The ease of opening and closing the drawers is much better than my last Hotpoint freezer and I love the ice dept so easy to get the ice and where it is situated is so much better. I would recommend this freezer as I would ao.com also as the delivery men were able to call and give me a drop off time which is essential when people are busy and cannot be there all day. The cost of removal, unpacking and recycling of the old appliance and taking away the packaging is much better than driving to find a site near my home to recycle ( and the hassle of putting in a car ) of which many cars would be too small to accommodate such a large appliance. Yes it did incur a cost but so worth it. THANKS for everything it was a pleasure to deal with your company, oh, and so easy to order on-line.

Having always had a chest freezer this is luxury .. so much nicer and you can see exactly what you have without digging round! A drawer or shelf for vegetables, meat, puddings etc ... its spacious and the ice maker is good - as long as you don't keep playing with it like I did and tip it before its frozen!! Not a good idea

An excellent Samsung freezer, with plenty of storage space and sensible features, which the average household needs. The inside layout of the shelves and drawers is good, maximising the space available and making it easy to find items. Having the control panel visible all the time on the front of the door is sensible and means you don't have to open the door to see the temparature or view the warning lights, which is a niggle with other similar freezers. Features, such as the manual icemaker and the control panel, are easy to use and well placed. There is even a slot for a Samsung Dongle (not supplied with the freezer) which would allow one to check the freezer is functioning correctly when not at home although its real usefulness is debateable. The freezer is light and glides easily across our tiled floor into place against the wall. However, thsi does mean that until you fill the freezer with items, you can move easily the freezer by simply pulling on the door handle. Another aspect worth raising is that the freezer is supplied with little foam blocks to provide the right standoff distance of the freezer from a wall but the blocks are not big enough. It measn that if the plug socket is directly behind the freezer, the plug rubs against the back panel of hte freeze. If the blocks was twice ad big, this woudl not be an issue although it is a minor niggle. Having bought the freezer at a sale price of nearly £200 less than the average price, the pruchase represented good value. Time and operation of the freezer will tell whether this was truly a steal in value for monety terms. Looking good so far though.

Very pleased with our new freezer. Very roomy. I like the sections in the door for smaller items that can get lost in large drawers. I was worried that the open shelves would be difficult to organise, but so far they seem fine. Good deep drawers for storing loaves of bread etc. As it’s February I haven’t used the ice maker yet, but it will be an asset in the summer months. Very quiet freezer.

Great freezer, does the job very well, love the Ice making section. Haven't found anything I don't like about it.
