Great upright freezer with lots space and ice maker, Quality and moneys worth

I love my new Samsung freezer. As well as the freezer being really roomy, the small shelves on inside of the door are handy. It also has a light inside and the ice maker works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Have only had the freezer for a week so can't comment on its longevity but love the size of it and layout with lovely big drawers in the bottom half and shelves in the top half. Handy door compartments too for small pots. This is above the ice maker which is also great. You just pour the water in the top, wait for it to freeze then turn out into the compartment underneath where you can store quite a few trayfuls of ice. Very simple but very useful. This whole section is easily removeable for cleaning and defrosting should it become iced up. I have a freezer thermometer which I bought when my old freezer was dying and the temperature display does seem to be very accurate. We didn't need to reverse the door (which came with hinges on the left as you look at it) but just be aware that it does state in the instruction booklet that the door should be reversed by Samsung-approved servicing personnel at your own expense otherwise the warranty may be void. It does look quite fiddly as there is a wire involved, I think for the wifi dongle.

Spacious freezer, controls on the front, interior light, why don't they all have them! Added bonus of door shelves and ice maker.

It is very well arranged for storage, looks good and does the job efficiently. There is plenty of storage space. Freezes fast run quietly.

Very happy with this freezer. More than enough space for our needs (2 people). Builtin ice maker is easy to use and makes making ice quick and easy. Seethrough drawers make for easy visiblity. Can't really fault it.

I've never been one to write reviews for items like Freezers and to be honest, not a lot of difference between them all, but this model is the exception to the rule. At 315 litres I'm not really sure if I will be able to fill it, but thanks to a Tom Kerridge recipe book and lots of foil tins, I'm now cooking in bulk and freezing. 24 shepherd's pies, 20 lasagne and a troff of sticky toffee pudding later and I still have lots of space even after my normal freezer load. Love the light and shelves in the door and an extra shout out for those shelves at the top. This is the freezer of freezers.
