The product itself is high quality and performs very well as you'd expect from Neff. Useful to get notifications on my phone when the wash cycle is complete through the Home Connect app. Cleans and dries to a very high standard.

The Dishwasher works well but we are having trouble in adjusting a very tightly sprung pull down door. Buying on line has its problems because generally there is not enough description when choosing. For example, I was surprised to discover that my new Neff dishwasher has a plastic base to the dish washing cabinet and not metal as I would have expected from a quality producer.
