Does exactly wat is required for a dishwasher. Crockery goes in dirty and comes out clean. Cutlery draw works well and means more room on bottom rack for plates and bowls. Moved middle shelf to middle height setting (very easy to do) which allowed our dinner plates on bottom rack and pint glasses on middle shelf. Connectivity worked fine but seems somewhat unnecessary

Dishwasher was straightforward to install and performs even better than our old one did (which was also a Neff and approx 17 years old!)

Haven't had this long but it seems to be fine. Easily controlled by wifi.

Top notch product. I’ve tried to find a fault, and frankly I can’t. And what’s more AO.com delivery service is streaks ahead of anyone else. The chaps who delivered it (and took my old one away) couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. If I could award them 11 out of 10 I would. Hoorah and Huzzah!!

Product is easy to use. The top cutlery drawer is helpful and makes it easy to collect and sort cutlery before putting it away. Too early to say if it lasts longer than a cutlery basket. Has various settings which we haven't explored completely, but dishes come out clean and the drying setting is good. We have not used the connectivity.

This is a really well built and designed dishwasher. The overall feeling of quality goes through to the simplicity of fitting the appliance. Shelving is smooth and even the cutlery tray has flexibility to easily accommodate the larger knives and spoons Pleased with this purchase delivery drivers were really helpful. I would say extra mile but in reality they brought it round to the back of my house through my Conservatory for which I was very appreciative.

Good product with plenty of functions but is missing a short wash option.
