Works much better than our previous unit Dishes including dried on pans come out clean Very quiet but the floor display does not work but is no big problem

It's a good machine, which you'd expect at that price. Does the job. Only gripe is the top tray seems to have the most random set-up, space-wise. Bowls dont seem to fit well anywhere.

This is a great product. The dishwasher produces good results, and cleans everything very well. There are a good selection of wash cycles, with a couple of extra ones available for 'download' in the app. There are also some good options you can activate like power zone and speed wash features that are much appreciated! The product comes with a cutlery drawer rather than a basket. I know some don't like this, but I've found it makes organising my cutlery easier on the way in... making it faster to then tidy away on the way out! Plus, the middle basket is also adjustable to three different levels, or at an angle, so I've not had the issue of plates catching the spray arm, or glasses not fitting... It all goes in no problem. Just be sure to set the height of the middle basket properly, and you'll be fine :) The machine adds 10-15 minutes on to programs if you have run out of rinse aid. It also does this if you turn rinse aid dispensing off altogether! So, the only way to avoid that is to just go ahead and add rinse aid! You can adjust the quantity dispensed either on the control panel, or the app. The unit has auto-open drying. This lengthens programs (some quite a lot) , but reduces energy consumption. You can easily turn this on or off in the app. The app is great and offers much easier control over the settings of the dishwasher. There are many configuration options that you can set on the control panel but you need to know what you're doing. In the app, you can see plain English explanations of the settings. So, less need to refer to the manual! Finish have just launched a partnership. They'll link to the dishwasher (this model fully supported), and -by monitoring your usage- calculate how many tablets are left. They'll then send you more when you're running low on a PAYG basis. You get the top 'premium' tablets at a price you'd normally have to wait for a special offer in the shops! All in all, a very solid product, and AO did their usual fantastic job of installing it! Faultless!

Great product

Very impressed with everything so far. The quality of the cleaning is excellent and we like it that the time remaining on the programme is projected on to the floor. Whilst we can see the benefit of the automatic door opening, this is something that we have disable as our cabinet door is quite a bit higher than that of the appliance. Given the extra weight of our door compared with the standard size, we didn’t want to place additional strain on the hinges.

I think this machine is great. Cleans my family of 4 dishes without a pre-rinse in the sink! Cutlery is good. Very happy. My plumber was miffed that the install directions required scanning a QR code for English. He wouldn't use his phone to do it. Lucky he is experienced and could fit with the diagrams and knowledge. But he moaned to me about it ??

Fantastic dishwasher and provides a countdown onto the floor so as you can see the remaining time till complete.

Good quality as one would expect from Neff. Particularly like the on floor countdown timer display.
