Really easy to use. We have a number of pets ,so need to clean daily. Gets rid of stubborn marks quickly. my previous steam mop was much harder I needed to go over the marks a number of times. Pleased with the performance.

Ordered my Shark steam and scrub 2 days ago and arrived today. I just had to try it as I used to use the H20 which is absolutely useless. My shark after using it for the first time fetched up all dirty marks where the other didn't and dryes so quickly and can walk on it straight away absolutely brilliant as I do home boarding for dogs I needed something that would actually work and this does the Job fantastic. I also have the Shark cordless Anti hair wrap vacuum which I found the best I have had so decided to try the shark steam mop and I won't use any other than Shark now. That's evan after using Dyson for over 25/ 30 years
