The Steam mop is brilliant, everywhere looks amazing. Bright and fresh. Very Easy to use and not too heavy.

I am delighted with this product. The floor is dried almost immediately and the dirt is just lifted away. I would recommend this product as it is highly efficient.

Super steamer

Its a bit on the heavy side, however I see this as a positive as my old shark was at least 15 years maybe more. Its sturdy, and I use the hand steamer every day so quick and easy

Great product. Cleans floors effortlessly and quickly. Floors dry really quickly too. Not tried all the attachments yet, so can’t comment on them. Would like more explanation of what I can use attachments for, but I’ll work it out.

Only used the mop a couple of times so far. Pro's: Doesn't leave the floor really wet like some other steam mops. Quick to heat up Easy storage Time saving as you don't have lots of parts to put together each time you use it. Large mop head Cons: Used on High but would have liked a little bit more steam Heavier to manoeuvre than expected Any stray bits of debris (like a bit of dry grass brought in on the dogs paws) just get moved around the room rather than sticking to the mop head.

Money well spent. I love it and wish I had purchased sooner.

Some assembly needed but super easy to do. Flip head works really well,fewer changing of the pads needed. Only criticism is the mop head moving about even when trying to go in a straight line.. and it doesn't stand up by itself, but I hang it off a hook so it's no issue for me!
