It didn’t work properly so I had to contact the vax help centre for assistance. The issue is with the steam coming out of the floor plate. The handheld part worked absolutely fine. It had to go back as it’s under warranty and now I’m waiting for it to be fixed and returned to me, which they say will be 7 days.

Great product and easy to use.

Good product, fairly easy to use. Shape of foot makes it good for getting into corners. Ordered because it can be hand held to do awkward fiddly areas, lots of different attachments. Works well but quite heavy.

Great addition to the home, glides so easily over the tile and laminate floors. Having the additional tools and the hand held steamer was brilliant at getting into small areas, we cleaned the shower screen and doors with the different attachments allowing us to bring it back to looking brand new.

Very pleased with the Steam Mop. I just wish it was cordless and lighter ;) still, it’s great.

Good steam mop. Easy to use and heats up really quickly. The only thing missing is an attachment for staeaming fabrics. Good mop design for getting into corners and along edges.
