Works well and I like the handheld option. A bit heavier than I expected. A little awkward to have to keep pressing the steam button rather than it being permanently on.

What an excellent product. User friendly, very quick to steam up and does exactly what it says on the tin. For the money, I can't fault it. Lot of cleaner for little money.
