This is a replacement for an earlier model that I broke as I allowed it to topple over and the casing was smashed. Very easy to use and very quick to steam, also water vessel or detergent vessel easy to fill and reattach. Not had a chance to use all the additional things it can do. The only thing I found fault with is the cable storage, it’s quite stiff but may soften with use.
