Oven works well but door seal will not stay in place. Contacted Hotpoint for new door seal. Still waiting for it to arrive.

I am really pleased with the oven cooks everything very evenly. Great service from delivery men. Five stars excellent service.

Cooks on one side more than the other. Contacted ao.com to ask for an exchange but advised I needed to call out hotpoint as it is under warranty. Having used twice only and found it does not cook food even I would have expected a refund. Would not expect to have to have someone out to fix a new cooker. Poor poor service and quality

Delivered right on time. Very easy to install- just plug into a socket, no need to wire or call an electrician. Has used it for a few days, work perfect without any issue. Has a lot of cooking features .Well worth the price.

Perfect for my needs, looks good and easy to operate. Would have preferred the handle to be black too, but just aesthetics.

I bought this oven but it totally confuses me never quite sure what to set it on and only one wire shelf if I could swap it I would ,really don,t understand the settings sorry
