Customer contact on post purchase was excellent, going through the various options for installation, warranty and removal of old unit, very helpful and informative. Delivery was spot on, well within time frame given on delivery information. Service from AO excellent.

I went from a double oven to this and i am more than happy with it. Its nice and big and looks smart and sleek in my kitchen.

Love the the fact its brand new very quiet don't like there's not enough info on what it does so that is a down side ,which I will probably get used to.

Oven easy to fit with 13amp plug, heats up quick, slightly louder than previous ovens in the cool down mode, if you eat your meal near the oven the cool down mode could be annoying, it lasts about 15 minutes. We eat about 15 feet away and its fine. Timer is quiet, so are a lot these days. Great value for money at £279, have not tried at the pyro clean yet. Only comes with one shelf, ordered a second one from Hotpoint for £15, came in 5 days. Really happy with this oven.

Really happy with this oven. Looks great. I like all of the different cooking selections. I did not think i could get such great features with my budget but the price was great. The pyro clean is fabulous. Very quick and easy to use. Once again thank you AO

Impressed with the quick and efficient delivery from ao. Oven looks great and dials are clear. Cooks evenly. Only criticism is the noisy fan whilst cooling down.

Ordered a new oven as ours was 20 years old and element had failed, oven delivered on time and old oven recycled easy to fit and set up no problems at all
