The service we received from ao.com was first class,unfortunately the oven delivered on the first occasion was faulty.The first delivery was made ahead of schedule on Wednesday 14 Nov but was found to be faulty and a hotpoint engineer could not attend until Monday 19 Nov.The unit was examined and the fault confirmed.I contacted ao.com customer service and provided Emma with the uplift number given me by the engineer who expressed sympathy and the assurance that a replacement oven would be delivered the following morning on Tuesday 20 Nov which it was and is working satisfactorily.
