Very efficient, roomy and lots of programs to use. Only minor drawback, it’s a little noisy when cooling down.

Attractive oven styling and easy to use but oven is very noisy when 'cooling down'. Oven lamp is bright which enables you to observe your food cooking easily.

After old oven breaking , you would think an oven is an oven and they pretty much all do the same apart from a few slight verations. Oh how I was wrong ....... food is cooked great and the best part is the self cleaning option. Never have to scrub or use harsh oven cleaner again to get rid of the burnt food drips ! Only small niggle is the oven is a little bit noisy when you switch it off and it’s fanning to cool down.

The service we received from ao.com was first class,unfortunately the oven delivered on the first occasion was faulty.The first delivery was made ahead of schedule on Wednesday 14 Nov but was found to be faulty and a hotpoint engineer could not attend until Monday 19 Nov.The unit was examined and the fault confirmed.I contacted ao.com customer service and provided Emma with the uplift number given me by the engineer who expressed sympathy and the assurance that a replacement oven would be delivered the following morning on Tuesday 20 Nov which it was and is working satisfactorily.

I bought this oven as it has lots of features such as programmable timer, self oven cleaner, timer. The oven looks smart and stylish but it is simple to use. The only drawback is that when the oven is cooling down it is quite noisy.

Brilliant oven, heats up really quickly, multiple functions such as pizza. Really good oven overall would highly recommend for the price.
