I’ve been using for 2 weeks now and started to get my work flow a bit slicker and you can make a Coffee pretty quickly with minimal clean up time. The pre-heat time is great, no waiting time required and switch over steam wand is also quick. My bugs are: could do with being heavier as the machine moves during portafilter lock-in. Second bug is the basket is too tight in the portafilter, making it difficult to remove and clean. Apart that would recommend.

Overall a great machine but annoyingly for the cost build quality seems off. Drip tray does not seat correctly and causes water to spill on worktop. At least it is covered by full warranty and claiming is a breeze so aftercare is spot on. Some great features on this little machine including auto milk steaming and a super quick heat up time make it a winner still

I used to have a pod coffee machine which never quite made the coffee exactly the way I want it. This machine is a real example of dynamite coming in small packages! Along with a sage grinder and the Bambino coffee machine I can now make coffee exactly as I like it with ease and consistency! I have no desire to head out to a cafe anymore as my coffee at home quite frankly is better!

Again, only had this product for few weeks so my feedback is based on what I think of the product so far: Pro: - Small well made coffee machine (slightly bigger than Tassimo pod coffee machine) - Make good coffee - Milk frothing easy with it one touch button. Can set temperature and forth level. Can also manually froth like professional shop. - Quick startup to make coffee - Includes milk jug, water filter and descaling tablet Cons: - Be nice if they had online video manual compare to apps step by step long boring manuals.
