Great product lots of safety features does the job extremely well it has a grill within the main oven but not listed I’m glad and happy I purchased this product well build and easy to clean comes with grill pan 10/10

Simple, basic cooker and does what it says on the tin. Very easy to use and install.

Received cooker 3 weeks ago and had family over on Sunday for a roast but the pilot flame will not stay lit. I've pressed the dial in for 30 seconds, had the door open and closed and the last time I tried the flame just went out while I was still holding it in .electra are not responding. Help!

Really good product. Just make sure you purchase the right size pans for the hob, I made that mistake and ending up burning my hand

Product is fine, it’s a basic gas oven and hob, nothing fancy and so far no complaints. It does what it says it does. My only niggle was that I was to install this myself, easy enough but couldn’t find out if the oven had a gas hose already on or I would need to buy. Rang up, was told that you would put me through to manufacturer, was put through to wrong dept, this happened twice and I was never able to speak to anyone. Had to wait and see when it turned up.

Only used twice so far, but working ok, still getting used to it.

Brilliant for the price, solid quality product would definitely recommend.
