Brilliant oven, heats up fast and cooks evenly. Looks alright too!!

The built under double oven was chosen for our new kitchen never had a built in oven before well pleased .Its a good fit .Lovely quality looks very smart fitted into the unit .Everything is clearly marked how to work top oven /grill/main oven.Glad we chose a Stoves Oven very nice quality.

The oven door opens downwards leaving it as a trip hazard if you forget also it can give you a nasty cut on your leg if you catch the door as it’s quite sharp . The hob is ok nothing special Now the piece de resistance is the grill when you receive the oven it comes with a grill pan but no Handel so it’s useless unless you purchase it separately? also the grill is electric and not controllable ,just the one setting off or on you have to move the grill pan up and down the separate levels to achieve any sense of control also quite odd is the fact if you turn the grill on off switch the other way it starts clicking to light the gas ? I personally think it’s a bad design fault or a cheap fix

I recently bought this oven from AO.com with the installation and disposal of the old one. The service was really good and the oven is a great buy! We recently started hearing a humming sound from the oven and we emailed AO to tell them about this fault and they arranged for a stoves engineer to come out and inspect. So far, the oven works and we have always been a “stoves’ fan. We took our insurance with stoves personally rather than AO because it was cheaper and they offered more.

Everything went as proposed, I was replacing an old oven and hob, so I ordered the same appliances which were the same measurements. The guys came on time, they were very good, installed it all beautifully and cleared everything away. I was very pleased with the whole thing and I would certainly use ao.com again.

This double oven replaces a similar item by the same manufacturer, which I inherited when I purchase my home fourteen years ago. Its lines are cleaner, the shelves seem to be made from a lighter metal and time will tell how they stand up to regular use. I was disappointed that the grill pan came with no handle as part of the standard package, but this was rectified by the manufacturer following a phone call to them.

Bought this at the end of January and it has recently been installed. So far all is well, although probably didn't read the specification properly, While it comes with top and bottom gas ovens the grill in the top oven is electric. That is not clear in product web page it wasn't till after installation before we realised.

Good quality product, well packaged. Great delivery team. Would highly recommend
