Finding the product online and being able to compare the products and prices easier. Ordered around 1PM on a Sunday and got delivery at 10am on the Monday. Absolutely perfect for anyone that has ever gone any period of time without an oven.

Great next day delivery, quality product for the price. The only negatives are that it comes with only one wire shelf and not two as you would expect, also the controls/settings take some getting used to after having a regular oven with jobs for the last 20 years

Great oven. Admittedly I am not the cook in the family but my partner loves the oven. Great cooking and baking results, very even, loads of functions. It made us realise how bad our old oven was.

This oven is the best we've ever had. It truly simplifies all our cooking needs and the heat distribution is very well balanced; making scones and other family treats a real pleasure knowing it can deliver all round heat to every cake or item in the batch. Controls are dead easy to follow and it is simplicity with electricity; a real game changer for Mums in a hurry to feed the crew!

After realising the 17 year old Hotpoint oven had had its day it was time for a new one. Looked at AEG, Zanussi but in the end went with this Hotpoint, mainly on affordability. It's good, not amazing, but does the job. Pretty sleek looking, does a fine job of chops, pizzas, cakes. In fact it's night and day compared with the old one, where cooking was walking a fine line between charred and underdone. Th Si4854hix takes a little longer to preheat and a few minutes longer to cook if using the cooking guidelines on food packets. One more niggle is the minute minder, or timer, or whatever you want to call it, doesn't appear to work without having the oven on. But it's a pay off, it's A+ energy rated, looks swish and a decent price. Oh and it comes with a fitted 13A plug!

We ordered a new single oven,Why, because ours had had it`s day , we ordered it through AO, .COM, Why because they were by far the cheapest and delivered to our door in very bad weather on time, would definitely use the company again.The Hotpoint oven is far better than the previous one, cooking and roasting is A 1. We can not fault our new Hotpoint oven.The Hotpoint oven is very up to date .

Bought this to replace worn out oven in the flat i moved into.I think this is one of my best buys. Once you master the controls (which i found quite easy ) even for a 70 year old,you will find it a joy to use. Heats up quickly and then cooks your food perfectly. As for looks it blends in well with my built in microwave ( a different make ) and is very easy to keep clean.All in all a great buy.

Great appearance. Feels sturdy and good quality. Nice large handle and glass is easy to see into. Comes with a roasting tray, a baking tray and a grill rack. This is plenty of choice for the size of oven. Plenty of cooking features and options, but the controls are not intuitive. The display defaults to time cooking, I’d like an option to default to temperature. Should be easy to clean due to cleaning cycle and the inside parts are easy to take off and put back on. Seems quick to heat up, but find it slightly slower to cook food than previous oven (and following cooking guidelines on food). May result in a more even bake but often find myself opting for a slightly higher temperature than suggested. Seems big inside. And had enough room to fit under my gas hob (it was close!!). Overall happy with the product.
