Well communicated delivery. Professional and efficient service. Old product removed without issue. Minimal packaging. Product arrived in excellent condition. Easy to fit. Took a little time getting used to new controls, but easy to use instructions helped a lot. Oven is great, quiet and efficient. With daily use I anticipate energy saving will pay back cost of product in two years.

Well what can I say except what a good choice I made,this must be the easiest oven to use, the display is very clear, it heats up a lot quicker than my old one so it should be cheaper to run, the delivery was spot on they took all rubbish and placed the oven exactly where I wanted it.

From the choice of products to choose from, to the cost of the products. Ordering the item and getting it delivered ALL FANTASTIC!!!! I even messaged to ask if my father in law could be contacted 1/2 hour before arrival. Nothing was to much trouble. This is an excellent oven and very easy to fit ourselves. As it has a 13amp plug it was literally plug and go! The oven itself is so easy to use, it just takes a little time to get used to the different combinations. I did t realise how bad my old gas oven was until my sausages cooked in half the time. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone.

Easy to use, so many different functions, switches off when cooked for so no over cooked food - food has been cooked to perfection so far, quick to install, very quiet. Still experimenting with different functions but so far have had the most perfectly cooked jacket potatoes! Great buy! Would definitely recommend ??

This oven does come with a 13 amp plug fitted. It just slides into an oven unit.

really pleased with this new Hotpoint oven looks really classy and modern controls are actually very easy to use but its worth following the instructions for the first time it was definitely worth paying a bit extra for the series 4 oven as the difference in quality is obviously better on the series 4 came with two metal trays a shallow one and a deeper one plus a grill wire insert but only one wire shelf so my only negative point is that a second wire shelf would have been useful
