Product bought (electric oven) is very easy to operate. No problems at all. From placing my order with AO. com, everything was handled efficiently. The drivers who installed it were very professional and courteous. They also checked it was working ok before leaving. Would highly recommend.

Didn’t even last three years before the main control board went, rendering it uneconomical to repair. Hotpoint would only point to their 1 year warranty

Oven great so far. Haven't had a good chance to test all functions. Ao terrible. Email saying delivery between 8.04 and 12.04, website said they are ahead of schedule only for me to ring up at 12.30 to find out crew called in sick and it weren't coming.

Great modern oven that might initially look technical but one soon gets used to it. Food cooked in this oven taste’s so much better!
