Great oven and on time service with delivery

Totally wowed with this fantastic oven!!! Unbelievable value for money as it is comparable to much more expensive like for likes. It has lots of cooking options resulting in beautifully cooked foods every time so far. Lots of features which aren't too difficult to suss and it's even easier to use if you bypass the timer feature if you prefer to use your own judgement, so you can just switch it on, wait for it to get to selected temperature and then cook or bake!! It looks much more expensive and stylish than the much dearer oven it replaced too! Very impressed with the overall quality and appearance. The top added bonus for me was the Pyro clean option which I greatly look forward to using as oven cleaning was my pet hate. It does come with a grill pan and rack, drip tray (fab) and single shelf plus a turnspit (not yet used). A total breeze to install... just plug in and off you go. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and it gets a well deserved 5 stars from me.

Fantastic product. Installed myself simple plug in and that’s it once the oven was secured into the frame of the cabinet it was good to go. Easy to use controls.

Very pleased with the digital screen and overall look of this appliance. So many options for cooking different dishes and it came with quite a lot of accessories. So silent that the first times, I wasn't sure if it was on! Great for cooking sourdough bread as well.

Only had the over a week or so, but so far really happy with it. Would definitely recommend it.

Brought this 2 weeks ago. So far so good. The delivery was prompt and I was kept updated throughout right up until the guys where at my address. They were more than helpful. The item itself does the job, easy to fit (did it myself as it comes with a plug so plugged in, slotted in and off I went. so far can't fault it. Cooks everything lovely and very simple to use once you get the hang of it. I referred to the manual for the first couple of times of using and now I just no what to do. It also matches all my other hotpoint appliances which I love. If I had to pick a minor fault (not really a fault) - it would be the smell during the first couple of times of using but I understand this can be expected with a new oven. I followed all instructions but took a few times for me not to be able to smell the 'new' odour. Overall very happy with this product and I would recommend.

Really good product easy to install and use.

Easy to use, Quick to heat up, Quiet when in use The only downsides are: The beep to let you know your cooking is done is super quiet but can’t be changed. You can’t clean in between the glass on the door. I haven’t yet tried the pyro function so unfortunately can’t comment on that.
