Fantastic service & great oven. Thank you

Really pleased with my oven so far, I like the digital display and the many functions available. Takes a while to get used to the different programmes and what shelves to use for the best cooking but the instructions are easy to read and understand. Definitely seems to be more roomy inside unlike the usual single ovens, love the self clean option, if your like me and hate cleaning ovens!! Very quiet no noisy fans and can see how food is cooking without the need to open the door. My only reason for not giving 5 stars would be only having one shelf, although it also comes with a baking tray and grill/drip tray an extra shelf would have been nice. Two shelves would be perfect Hotpoint....Overall would definitely recommend.

Wonderful piece of engineering, classic lines and easy to operate with efficient energy rating, brilliant timer and self cleaning feature bringing the product into the 21st century. I don't think you could get a better product anywhere for the price.

Great product, easy to install as joy just plug it in. Comes with a rotisserie fitting which is a nice extra. The oven is really quiet too which is great!

Used this oven 6 times in 6 days. Took much longer to cook food than my last oven, I’ve had to cook everything for 10 minutes longer than advised. By the 6th day after cooking the oven would not switch off so had to turn it off at the plug. Contacted AO who got in touch with Hotpoint, they have agreed to send a replacement. Hopefully this one works better and I may change my review.

Very quiet. Simple to use. Quality look and feel. Cooks well.

The product looks smart and sleek and was incredibly easy to install. It looks great and fits perfectly as a replacement for my old oven. It is straightforward to use - I prefer the use of a single dial with digital input buttons. It came with a good range of trays and grill inserts plus a device to hold joints of meat securely when roasting, which was a nice addition. It is extremely good value for money, especially with the pyrolytic cleaning system. In terms of what is on the market, I would say that this is hard to beat in terms of what it offers for the price, quality, energy efficiency and brand reliability.

So far so good with this oven. Surprised to find that it also has a rotisserie spit included that I had no idea about when I ordered. Heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. Not used all the functions yet but what we have used has produced great results.
