Easy to install but be aware two people needed as it is quite heavy. Very good that it only needs a 13 amp plug and that it cleans itself. The temperature inside the oven is uniform and it cooks the top and bottom evenly. Grill is surprisingly good. Better than the gas oven it replaced. Very quiet with fan on. Not used all the functions yet and probably never will. Like most appliances these days there are lots of functions but to be honest most of the time just a couple of them get used on an everyday basis. Very pleased so far. Looks good too, nice uncluttered front.

Seems ok so far. Alarm is far to quiet and works as a countdown timer shutting the oven down at the end of cooking rather than being a conventional minute minder. Still working out all the cooking options. Will probably just use the fan oven setting.

This is a very good oven, however I am still working out how to use all of the functions on it. Only downside so far is you can't just 'switch it on'. You need to press the power button on, choose the function, press ok, choose the temperature then press the ok button. Once the oven warms up a faint alarm goes off and then you need to press the 'play 'button. All a lot of faffing around. Also, the grill will only work with the oven door closed meaning you cannot just glance into the oven when grilling something

After my previous oven went bang, I was determined not to buy another oven that basically burnt edges of food. Having done my research I went for this Hotpoint as it was excellent value for money with lots of cooking functions.It is a Pyrolytic oven, which is perfect for our needs as I'm asthmatic and can't use many of the harsh oven cleaning products safely. Hubby is also delighted with the purchase as he was previously the chief oven cleaner in the house. Had it just over a week now and it is a fab versatile oven for all my family's cooking needs.. Perfectly baked cakes, fabulous roast potatoes and crispy pizzas. Haven't used all the functions yet but overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Added bonus was the provision of of a drip test to collect meat juices and it also came with a turn spit to make rotisserie chicken. Hubby loves the bread proving function on the oven too!

We are absolutely over the moon with this oven! We’re still finding our feet with it at present as our last oven was nothing compared to this! We love all the different functions on it and the fact it heats up and cooks so quickly! Would recommend to anyone! DELIGHTED!!

This oven is brilliant. The controls are straight forward, the automatic settings for oiZa, pastrybetc is awesome. It geta tonoperating temperature so quickly. Combined with the self cleaning this has to be one of the best ovens on the market.
