Very modern cooker looks stylish it's got everything you could want and need. Not used it yet but looking forward to using the pyrolytic function for cleaning!

This oven looks classy, robust and well built all around. I like the combination of the integrated soft buttons, that make it easier to clean, and the mono dial for faster temperature and other function settings It's missing the 5th star because according to my measurements with several thermometers, the highest temperature doesn't quite reach 250 degrees C. I have managed to bake bread and pizza anyway, but I'm missing the extra heat kick..

Lovely smart oven, I just can't work out how to use the grill... Theres instructions on how to start it up but I don't know if the door should be open or closed, when closed it cooks a bit like an oven it takes a lot longer than my old oven, open it doesn't seem to cook anything. Apart from that the oven is amazing and I can't wait to pyro clean it!

Only had the oven a few days but happy so far. Installed myself which was a simple job. Plugged in and then two screws to secure the oven in place (although I expected 4 like the old model). Took two runs of two hours on high temp to burn off factory smell (what a stink!) but fine after that. All food baked has turned out well so far, not used the grill yet but don't forsee any issues. Recommended.

I very happy with our new oven, being a built in oven it saves a lot of bending down ,, also able to keep eye on the cooking at eye level. A O were very helpful during this sad time, all though my first choice was out of stock once they knew,, they informed me by email, I re-order again, in no time my cooker was delivered, to top it all the delivery arrived on time in the time frame

Really nice even got a spit roaster inside .good size oven .very pleased

Whilst on lockdown and money being very tight as off work with no income my old oven finally gave up the ghost after many years trusty service 14 Infact and heavily used and knew was on its way but it gave in whilst I was having a stressful time, as always head to ao as I’ve bought many appliances over years and always had amazing value customer service and purchases and experiences, I went for middle of the road I was teased with a mass variety of choices and features, I went for the hotpoint one as was plug and go as trying to get a electrical engineer out on lockdown proved tricky, delivery was prompt and couldn’t of followed better delivery with lockdown rules I was contacted day after on phone by a ao representative to confirm and check my order (I ordered online ) and to see if I was ok to receive and delivery notes I had made , cake actualy 5 mins earlier then time frame and within an hour I was ready to use I literaly u packed and plugged in, we were so thrilled to see the oven had so many more features then advertised a rotisserie function and bars so many programs and we went out and bought loads of food of which we buy regularly but and could t beleave how better it was cooked and tasted an amazing purchase and for price I would of expected it to be double priced so easy and still being so happily surprised each day
