Had an email at 7 o’clock to say what my 4 hour time slot was.. 12-3pm.. then a call 15 minutes before from the driver to say they were on the way. 2 polite guys arrived soon afterwards. Cooler was easy to install. Would recommend the oven and ao.com to anyone.

A lovely solid, smart and stylish product. Easy to use once you've figured it out and heats up quickly. Not used all the functions yet but I don't think I'll be disappointed. Bright light and numerous accessories. Very easy to install but somewhat heavier than older ovens. Fast Delivery

It's one of those things, you didn't know you had a lousy oven until you needed to replace it. This one is fabulous cooks every meal beautifully and I just love the rotisserie. It takes a bit of getting used to and the manual could be a bit better but generally very happy with our purchase.

Seems all good, it said it did not have a Rotisserie but it came with one - was a bit odd but fair eanough. :)

Loads of useful features. Aditional cooking equipment I wasn't expecting (chicken spit). Heats up incredibly quickly. Simple to install. Absolute value for money and great service from AO again ????

Very pleased with this product It was easy to install and looks great in my kitchen. It is easy to use and I particularly like the ability to set the temperature and time you want to cook. It bleeps to let you know it has reached the temperature and you then put your food in and the cooking process starts. I would highly recommend this product

It looks nice and cooks excellently and evenly. Looking forward to trying out the rotisserie
